Adds the SponsorBlock attribution section to README.MD: credit + link to sponsor.ajay.app, the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license, the privacy-preserving k-anonymity explanation, and the non-commercial-license constraint note.

Final automatable verification (all green): 19/19 unit tests, node --check on defaults/content/settings/background/i18n, valid manifest with the https://sponsor.ajay.app/* host permission and the isolated content script loading defaults.js, i18n.js, content.js, and i18n keys resolving in en/nl/de/fr.
