Cuts the 1.16.0 release for the SponsorBlock integration and makes the build store-ready.

• Version bump 1.15.1 → 1.16.0 (manifest.json + package.json).
• CHANGELOG entry for 1.16.0 summarizing the full SponsorBlock feature (per-category skip/mute/show/manual, timeline bars, k-anonymity privacy, SponsorBlock-compatible import/export, sync gating, attribution to Ajay Ramachandran + community, EN/NL/DE/FR).
• Packaging: scripts/build-store-zip.sh (npm run build:store) produces CleanWatch-store-upload.zip with exactly the extension's runtime files (manifest at root; icons + LICENSE included; tests, docs, server-sync-api, website, and node tooling excluded). The zip stays git-ignored.

24 unit tests pass; manifest validates as v1.16.0.
